Terminated from CR England

0n 7/18 I was terminated from CR England for Log violation after 3 months of service. Now my contract will not expire until Jan. Of next year I am not disputing the contract but they is calling other companies and telling them that I am under contract with them and I cannot use my CDLs to drive for any other company. I agreed to pay 195 a month by the 15 of every month to pay off tuition but they are still hindering me from getting a job anywhere. I got them to send me my elogs and looked at them and I do not see any violations. So, my question is why did they fire me. I never had no accidents, I was getting miles made all trips on time. My last week i was solo so since i have no log violation why did they disqualify me?
